Important

If you are using Google Chrome to fill out your application, it is very important that you follow the instructions below to save and send it. If you are using Google Chrome to fill out your application, please keep in mind that you cannot partially fill out the form, close it, open it, and finish it. You will need to complete the form 100% before you can save it. Once you are done saving it, you will not be able to edit the form.

1.) Fill out the application form

2.) When finished filling out the form, click on the triple dot on the top right corner of Chrome and click on Print.

3.) Set the destination to "Save as PDF", then click on "Save"

4.) When prompted, give the "Printed" PDF a name, such as "My completed application form for AtHomeCare"

5.) Use the upload button the main careers page to finish submitting the PDF.
